Congratulations to Team Harrodsburg

Recently Harrodsburg Health and Rehab was awarded for their accomplishment in achievement for scoring a 6.00 or lower on their composite score from the Centers for Medicare And Medicaid Services. This award was awarded to 80 centers out of nearly 300 nursing facilities in the state of Kentucky. “Thank you for your interest in improving health, improving care and lowering cost for people with Medicare” Presented by ATOM Alliance for Powerful Change.

Hometown Hero’s


Today, Harrodsburg Health and Rehab delivered donuts to the hardworking road crews, sheriff’s deputies, and the Police Department.
While this was a humbling experience, it was amazing to see the Servant Leadership provided to Mercer and Boyle County by these individuals. These workers risk their lives to provide our staff, our families and our loved ones with safe and clean roads during inclement weather.
